Return & Refund Policy
At RATUSAN, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of consumable and wellness products, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Products must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened consumable products
- Used products
- Clearance or promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the item received
- Description of the issue
We will assess the case and arrange for replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days depending on the payment provider or bank processing time.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
