Delivery Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently deliver within Malaysia and selected international regions.

Estimated delivery times:

• West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
• East Malaysia: 5–10 working days
• International orders: Delivery times may vary depending on destination

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or peak periods.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

While we will assist in tracking delayed parcels, RATUSAN is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
